Each week will be taught live and recorded for future reference. The classes will be 30-60 minutes long each week. There will be tasks you will need to complete outside of class to execute what we learn and I will provide a live Q&amp;A session later in each week for any questions or additional help needed. There will also be a limited number of 1 on 1 coaching/help sessions available. Week 1: First Steps<ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Assessing Your Business &amp; Yourself</li></ul>The point is to find a marketing strategy that works for you. We’ll go over how to figure out your strengths and weaknesses and the needs of your business, including how much time and money you’re willing to spend on marketing. Although we’re learning as a group, you will never need to share personal information. You’ll learn the questions to ask yourself, and how to apply it to choosing a niche and creating a Marketing Plan. Assessing Your Email &amp; DomainThese funnels work best if you own your own domain name and email address. You can use your broker email provided they will let their IT team add info to their domain. I will go over what that really means and how to purchase your own domain and email address if you don’t already have one. You can buy a domain for $10/year and get a Google Workspace for $7/month. Week 2: Designing Your Lead Generation Machine<ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Marketing Methods</li></ul>We go over the various marketing methods, the effort and money they require, and which of your strengths and weaknesses work best with each.<ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Choosing a Niche</li></ul>Using your personal and business assessments and knowledge of the various marketing methods, you’ll learn how to choose a profitable niche Week 3: Building Your Lead Generation Machine Parts<ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Introduction to the Tech</li></ul>An introduction to all of the different pieces of your funnel. We’ll sign up for accounts in Canva, Mailerlite, &amp; Flowcode along with a brief walk through of each. I will show you how to use these programs, but I am a strategy expert, not a tech expert. I will include links to more videos for additional tips on the programs. <ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Templates</li></ul>The Canva and email templates you will need and can use over and over. Just edit for your funnel and use. Includes templates for Lead Magnets including Buyer &amp; Seller Guides, Social Media Posts, Postcards, and more. Week 4: Assemble Your Lead Generation Machine<ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Putting it Together</li></ul>We will go through putting the pieces together in Mailerlite. Setting up the landing and thank you page along with the delivery of the lead magnet.
